Octopus belongs to a special group of animals, generally termed as Cephalopods. This group includes the Squid, Octopus, Cuttlefish and the prehistoric Nautilus. The direct translation of the word Cephalopod in common English would be "head-footed", or if putting in our physique context, it would mean having arms and legs protruding from our lips.
