With just over 90 records in my dive log, I only brought my new u/w video cam together in the last 20 dives. It's amazing that I can get video and still photos just with one video cam. Although digital video cam technology has been improving, the resolution of still photos hardly competes with conventional photography. The resolution of still photos that I stored in memory stick is around 1m pixels which is far beyond that from digital camera's 3-6m pixels and is miles away from film. Anyway, I'm so overwhelmed by the images captured with my DV which is acceptable for sharing joys and fun. And, I like u/w videography so much to record vivid life in documentary.
