Lost in Ocean: Sperm Whale stranded in Hong Kong

On July 21, a sperm whale was stranded alive on Tai Wan Beach. When we received the call, we already knew the chance for the whale to survive was extremely slim. In fact, sperm whale has hardly ever been rescued from beach and released back to the ocean successfully. Although the public and media would like to see the whale being released, we decided euthansia is the best option to prevent the animal for getting unnecessary sufferings.
