Paul McKenzie's diving story

Paul Mckenzie has lived in HK all his life and has been working as an investment analyst for the last 15 years. He began diving in 1990 and started taking pictures three years later. In 1995 on a trip to Kenya he developed a deep passion for land based wild life photography ("it's much easier"). He has travelled to many of the world's top dive sites and wildlife sanctuaries to pursue his photographic passion. He has a special interest in birds and sharks as photographic subjects. Favourite destinations include Kenya's Masai Mara, Tanzania's Serengeti and Ranthambor in India for topside subjects. Underwater he believes that Kavieng in PNG ranks as the best land based dive spot that he has experienced.
