However, that was enough to impress me. It was much easier than what I though. When I came back to Hong Kong, I immediately took a diving course. I then went to Bohol during Chinese New Year and got my PADI open water diving license. Even before I dive, I was already impressed by the color of the sea and the amazing life forms. I borrowed my uncles's Nikonos IVA with me even when I was still on the diving course. During the next six years of diving, I almost brough along with me a camera on every dives. I now typically use the Nikonos V for wide angle and the Sea & Sea FX-90 Pro husing for macros. I treat diving as lesure. I always make sure every trip is a relaxing one, and I rarely go for trips that last more than two weeks. That's the way I enjoy diving. My first diving experience was in December 1993. I was on vacation in Phuket. The resort that I stayed has the discover scuba, which is no more than taking you down to dive in the swimming pool for about 30 seconds.
